Hi! I’m Sheila Lina, the creator of Start With Yoga. 

Start with Yoga is a simple morning self-care ritual to help you greet the rest of the day in a calm, focused and energized state. 

Every day, I guide you through a 15 minute video of gentle yoga, breathing exercises and self-massage that you can do in your pajamas before you get out of bed. We explore an inspiring theme for each class to set a positive intention within your awakening consciousness.

New to yoga? Don’t worry, this will be easy. For experienced yogis, think of this as a warmup to your regular practice.
